About Bradley Hamburger

Formerly a practicing attorney representing buyers, sellers, and banks in complicated real estate transactions, Brad knows the risks and legal implications unique to real estate, and how to create the appropriate insurance solution to protect client interests. Bradley uses his unique abilities to help guide some of the largest real estate & construction owners, developers, and contractors in the country.

Business Growth and Profit

Through the creation of the Prosperity Guardian in 2008, Bradley Hamburger has coalesced over twenty years of acquired knowledge and experience to create a unique process for companies and entrepreneurs to achieve greater results, and take their enterprise to the next level.

While giving trusted advice is part of his daily practice, Brad believes that he must go much further and utilize his experience and extended network of business associates to help clients achieve greater growth and profitability while protecting their assets.

Risk Management/Insurance

After “growing up” in an insurance family, Bradley has more than twenty years of experience in all areas of insurance.

Brad’s current expertise includes risk management in the sectors of real estate, professional firms, manufacturing, retail, food industries, not-for-profit organizations, and includes employee benefit programs and personal asset protection for high net worth individuals.

He was appointed to the Board of Directors of Camp Excel, a not-for-profit agency dedicated to providing counseling, mentoring, and job training for “at risk” teenagers. He is a member of the Young Men’s Division of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Brad holds a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University, a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and is admitted to the New York State Bar. He currently lives in Rye Brook, NY with his wife and two children.
